Make Your Own Blend

Immerse yourself in Penfolds by entering the winemakers’ laboratory, and get to work blending your own special drop of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro - just like Penfolds own Bin 138. 

The resulting blend is then bottled for you to take with you and enjoy the fruits of your labour. 

You’ll learn about the legend of Penfolds first-hand, just a stone’s throw from where Penfolds’ team of winemakers work all year to create our famous wines in the heart of the Barossa.

The experience includes: 

• Interactive blend your own wine session in our winemaker's laboratory.
  
• Your very own bottle of Penfolds for you to take home and enjoy over the coming days.
  

Availability:

• Daily at 10:30am & 2pm
  
• Tickets must be purchased 24 hours prior and can be purchased up until 12 months in advance.
• Minimum booking 2 guests, maximum booking 10 guests

• Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. 
• As alcohol is served all guests must be over the age of 18 years. 
• There are no refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
